The GoArts campaign is sponsored by the Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA) in conjunction with the Texas Coalition for Quality Arts Education (TCQAE), which is a coalition of more than 25 organizations whose mission is to promote fine arts education in Texas schools.

TMEA and TCQAE are advocates for education policies, primarily at the state level, that ensure all Texas students have opportunities to study music, art, dance, and theatre. GoArts.org also provides the public as well as policy makers with information pertaining to how fine arts education benefits our students and our state. GoArts participants can obtain timely information about legislative proposals related to fine arts education in Texas and, as a result, become more effective advocates.

Visit the GoArts website at http://www.goarts.org/ to receive email alerts and information to become an active and effective supporter of music and fine arts education in our schools.
